Dear,
We have a CS1000M SG PABX in which is currently out of redundancy. Also the Log in password credentials has issues. We cannot log in to the PABX. Several attempts were done on the passwords all failed. All is working perfectly on the pass few months even we cannot log in. Currently I found that the PRI is disabled and no redundancy. the PRI is quite important to be in service.
Can I possibly perform an INI simultaneously on both cores to bring it back to redundancy or at least restore the PRI on INI.
Thank for your assistance.

Sysload will possibly bring up the PRI, what version is it as there are different ways to reset passwords etc.

Thank you very much bignose21. The release is 4.50W. CPU Processor CP PIV NT4N39. Im getting OVL428 upon Log in. PDT password reset mechanism was tried before but failed. It wont accept the new password. It says new password is incorrect and not accepted.
Thanks

You did the password reset with pushing in the install media etc.?

Yes. We tried the procedures on the PDT reset password mechanism and an issue came up. The new password we input is not accepted. We input all format of passwords according to the procedures but failed. Not accepted. Any thoughts please.
Thanks
