I have a CS1000M-MG and just brought AACC 6.2 with integration to Callpilot 5.0 on line. My IVR isn't working? I built an IVR-DN of 7011 in the CS1000 and in AACC and acquired it. I converted 4 Multi Media channels in Callpilot to IVR and built them as 2008 sets (agents) with an ACD IVR-DN of 7011, etc. Here is my simple test script to see if it will play my recording in Callpilot Application Builder. The variable of "OK" has a value of 1051, which is the Application ID of the app with a test announcement so I know it gets to it. It's not, as it doesn't play my test announcement. Is there something I forgot? I thought I had everything needed built in all the systems that require it, please advise? Thank you.

on the ACD did you chose IVR yes and ALOG yes?
What is the status of the agents? (on callpilot, pbx, AACC).
can you log in to Voice Item maint and listen to your recording for that callpilot App?

if you can include some printouts, maybe someone else can catch whatever is preventing it from working

I did not choose IVR yes or ALOG yes. I will do that. (Just changed IVR and ALOG to yes in the ACD programming in the PBX but it didn't help?) Perhaps I need to reboot Callpilot?

Status of the agents are "acquired Login" in AACC, however, it won't let me program MSB or NRD keys. If I do, they will acquire, but won't login. Callpilot, they are "Idle" and configured as IVR. PBX, Have an IVR ACD of 7011 on key 0(zero) and look good. When I stat the MGate card, all the ports show (2008 Log In) for both Multi-Media and IVR ports.

Yes I can call VIM and hear the recordings fine?

Below is some configuration information:
Thank you.

Print out VAS in LD 22, as per below.

Make sure SECU is YES for both ELAN/VAS or you wont get voice prompts working.

Hi,

The CP port is configured wrong. You need the following key setup:

0 ACD
1 SCN <- note the N (R probably works too, but should be N)
2 MSB
3 NRD
4 TRN
5 AO3

The AST of the set is wrong too. Should be 1 AND 0 not only 1.

VAS needs SECU YES for AACC AND CallPilot. For the IVR ACD Q you only need to set the MAXP, HOML = NO, IVR = YES and ALOG = YES. All other ACD Q settings are default.
