Hi Everyone,
I can't get the HSP to come up on the CS1000. I'm puzzled because it's only the LCS that's showing down which I've never seen before. Here's the output. I've rebooted the redundant Call Server. The redundancy docs does not explain what an LCS is. Any ideas will be much appreciated. Thank you.

LCS acronym is mentioned in the Fundamentals Security Management pdf. It stands for Logical Call Server. This is with the HA setup.

are you using a rolled cable between the two? it needs a rolled cable.

The redundant call server is at a different location. We have a fiber link between locations which is fed through a bridging media converter -fiber to Ethernet to HSP port of the call server.

I just learned today the media converter connecting the redundant call server is out of service. I'll replace it tomorrow and hopefully the HSP link comes up.
