Hello all,

Is there a way to check the Power supply on a CS1000E rack mount Nortel?
We have two out in the field but was not sure if there is a command prompt on the system that would be able to tell the status of the Power Supply's in the cabinets themselves.

Thank you in advance.

No command to check them and they are not field replaceable, you have to buy the whole chassis.

Depends on the type of cabinet - if they are MG1010 cabinets they are replaceable (dual power). If it's in the MG1000 chassis they are not.

Forgot about the 1010 cabinet, I assumed you have the NTDU14 and NTDU15 chassis.

We have the cart mount CS1000E not sure what model. I have to check with the vendor.
I can post as soon as I have the model number

KCFLRC : its on a cart the PBX is a CS1000E. We want to pull the serial number from it.

We are on Vers. 7.6 Software. Wasnt sure if i can pull it from Ld 22 slt.
I dont see where i would find the serial number.

KCFLHRC isnt that the tape id? My boss wants the serial number of the unit itself.

Ld 22

REQ TID

TAPE ID:
LOADED 318830824

I thought it was the Tape ID for the call pilot information. the guide i have doesnt give much detail as to what it was for.

thank you.

Call Pilot doesn't have a Tape ID, but does have a serial #. The TID goes way back to the beginning of time, or at least 1979 when I started.

KCFLHRC... it goes back to then goodness. I didnt know i dont think our system has been up for that long.
:)
