Environment: CS1000E R7.5
Recently, one of the admin accounts created in SysMgr can no longer SSH into one of the signaling servers with the "Access Denied" error message.
How do I fix it?
This same account can log into other SS and CS fine with no problem.

Also, now that we use centralized user management via SysMgr, how do I delete the local user accounts from CS?

TIA

Web browse the SS and local login:

or IP of sig server>/local-login

Login withe the admin2 (If you don't know this reset it with the Linux base CD details in security fundamentals), do the security registration with the SMGR again. That should sort out the issue with the SS.

While you are using the centralized logins for the CS the local accounts do not work, you can delete them but leave the admin1, admin2, pdt1 and pdt2 alone, you need these when you come out of the sec domain.
