CS1000E - MRV Terminal Server PTY Port drops

We have a CS1000E with a MRV Terminal Server emulating TTY ports. When serial data is passed through the MRV to the CS1000E, the PTY port drops on the MRV. A restart of the MRV is needed to bring the port back up. We had the baud rate at 9600, thought this was why it was locking but it has been set to 2400 still with the same issue.

The PTY autoconnects fine, its just when data is passed through, we have the issue.

Anyone encounter this problem before?

Check the port configuration in the MRV. It must follows the Nortel NTPs recommendation. Give a print of it for further assistance

We found the issue, disabled flow control and it worked like a charm.
