Hi, we have a CS1000e 5.0 ,when we dial out it increases by 1 each digit we dial(ex:dial 8, we see 9 dial on the test set). Is there somewhere (wich load)in the dtmf programming to change so it dial the good digits? Can't figure that one out! Thank you

What type of phone(s), is it multiple phones?
Internal / external?
IP ?

Do you have the latest firmware / patches on the system and phones ?

Remember keep trouble shooting simple. Are you using the same set everytime to test from? What kind of circuit are you calling out on? No programming I am aware of to change this. What happens if you dial a 7? Do you see 8? Need more info to help.

Any phones (external calls), IP1120,m2006, analog phones, when we dial 7 we see 8, all numbers increase by one, if we hit # we see (h) and * we see (-)!!!!Analog trunk loop.

Latest firmware and patches, thanks for your answers!

Was this an upgrade? The reason I ask is check out thread798-1441803 I know there they are talking about clicking but hey myabe there are other issues also with the card.

Make sure that the DTMF prompt (in LD 97) is set to 14 for NORTH AMERICA (or set it for whatever country you need)
