CS1000E console 2250 NEED HELP PLEASE

I have 2 sites in different states...1 on cs1000e rel 7.5 that i need to send console calls to other site cs1000m rel 5. We have tie lines between the sites, and both have 2250 consoles. I am looking for the best and quickest way for the 2nd site to take over calls from the first site. I have looked at NAS and cant find any clear documentation on how to set this up. Although i am thinking there may be an easier way to accomplish this anyways? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!
