This pesky MOH/CS100E and MOH is out to get me. I have dead air when I try to use he Miran music from port 0. Originally we didn't have MOH ISMs...but now we do. And still--no MOH using the Miran. I'm especially trying to get the music on delay on an ACD queue to play...

Hee's the info:
CS1000E 5.0
RAN CON 8 LEFT 0 USED 8
MUS CON 4 LEFT 3 USED 1

I have a MOH MIRAN route:

I applied the MOH route 30 to an ACD queue--and it doesn't play. I dialed into the Miran to check--the default music is still there. Here's a printout of both the CDN (no CCM) and the ACDN of the queue. (the Ran messages play fine)

What's missing? Why can't I get Music on Delay on the ACD group? And.... WHY IS ONLY 1 MOH ISM being used? And where is it? I've programmed and 'outed' the Route/Trunk/MOH in FTR/MOH on incoming PRI route etc...nothing changes, 1 ISM all the time is used...even when no MOH is programmed. Any insights on any of this?

Here is how our route is built:

The only diff I can immediately see is on the trunk with NMUS, yours is YES, ours is NO.

Yes! I changed NMUS from yes to NO. Oila! It's working. I thought I needed NMUS for IP phones, obviously I have that wrong. Thank you!
