CS10000 Branch Office

I have a CS1000 CPPIV Release 7.0 with a 1000 Branch office connected to it, this is a new install of the branch office. I was onsite last week and the system is up and running. IP phones hit the Branch and re-registed to the 1000 main site. I have done all the basic programming on the branch.

I setup a test IP phone back at the main site to register to the branch office in local mode, successful. When I try to dial any number from the IP phone I get reorder tone. I have ESN built with AC1=9. Dial 9, reorder. Reboot the system, they aren't open yet, test again and same thing. I checked my 1FBs and they are up and running.

Is it becuase the IP phone is registered from the main site back to the branch office? When I was there last week I was able to make local calls when one of the IP phones was in local mode. What am I missing?

Turn on DCH monitoring and post what is output of your test calls.

I was onsite on Tuesday and everything for some reason worked from the site. I am guessing it was because it was an IP phone that wasn't onsite.
