CS1000 ver 7 misdialed incoming call goes to attendand

Hello everyone, I'm working on CS1000 version 7, and I would like to prevent the incoming call to a wrong number go to attendand console . I suppose that it can be managed into the Customer Data Block, acctually, I hope someone can help me about found parameter to be change, many thanks in adavance for your support .

Do you mean when someone calls an unused DID, you do not want it to ring to the console?
Not sure how you are going to separate people who called your number in error from those who called it deliberately!

To be honest you are right, I thought the same when my manager asked me this change....., but you know ? When boss ask some things right or wrong he is the boss.....

If your DID range is being dropped on your say T1 and it is not defined on a phone, or has a digit conversion table setup for it. Design intent is to send it to the Attendant console, so as to not lose a call. But I agree it would be great if we knew what your looking to accomplish.

Hello all, mainly the PBX was good configured as well all incoming call directed to an not exting DN, was sent to attendand console, as on my previous post, my manager asked me to reduce the call will be directed to attendand probbably due to cost reduction,
I fix it now I found the parametrs need to be change, it is on INT_DATA

I changed it to CTVN OVF OVF OVF OVF

now if I call an not exsting DN I'm receiving a message from PTT operator that inform the caller that the number dialed do not exting.
