CS1000 - Unable to connect TTY off Fiber Remote

Hello! The following troubleshooting steps were taken below. At this point, the TTY on the far end is acting in half duplex (one way transmission). It has been suggested to try another MSDL card. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and been able to resolve. Thanks in advance!


Steps taken thus far:

Disconnected Modem Eliminator

STAT TTY ENTER
LD 22
REQ: PRT
TYPE: ADAN TTY 10
Verified Baud Rate 1200 (Changed to 9600 - still nothing)

Reconnected Modem Eliminator

have you tried sending a test? ld 37 tty 10. You should get abc...123... "#$...ready for input

Are you using the nortel cable or did you make your own?

Yes, it is a Nortel cable.

I assume you are talking about the local side since you mentioned msdl. Yes I would replaced the msdl but have you verified the dip switches?
