I'm trying to reinstall TM3 (CS1000) on a Windows Server 2003 machine after a hard drive failure. I'm having some issues. After I walk through the setup wizard, I can't log into the console using the password that I created 10 seconds earlier. Does anyone know where I can find an installation guide for this product? It seems so simple, but I can't figure out why the application can't talk to itself when it's on the same machine. Any ideas? I receive the "invalid username or password" prompt.

I have the installation Manuals and the patches. What is the log in console you are referring to?

It's the GUI TM logon screen. I type in a username of "admin" and my corresponding password, which I created during the setup wizard. It won't accept those credentials.

I'm wondering if I have all of the prerequisites installed on Windows. I have IIS and FTP working (all that is mentioned in the install wizard).

Use the server login and pw. Once you get in you can create new users and logins

The server logon won't work. I am reinstalling the server. The only server login that exists is the one that I create during the setup wizard - the one that won't work 10 seconds later.

Thanks, but the console that I'm trying to access is not web-based. It is the one that is installed on the Start Menu by the installation wizard.

Navigator?
It should use the same user/password as the PC login (LDAP). I have the set-up guide information. Have you ran the ConfigWin2003SA.VBS??

I've managed to log in with the Windows username and password (strange because I'm pretty sure it wasn't set up like that before). Regardless, I found my way to the place where you create a connection to a phone switch. I've entered my switch information, but it is asking for a username and password. I don't recall ever having one before. My switch is a Nortel CS60.

On another note, my supervisor has expressed an interest in purchasing either an updated version of TM or another billing application. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is the best choice for a replacement?

System Terminal. You will need the PBX password (admin1/0000). TM is manufacturer (Avaya) discontinued.
