1. Is there any software available for the desktop (address book) that allows the user to dial by clicking on their name and will let you know when they are on the phone?
2. I have desktop messaging with callpilot and when i receive a voicemail it always says unknown caller from an internal employee. Where do i make the changes to it so it will display their names?
