Is there a way to convert incoming digits in a BCM? We have CS1000 that is connected to a BCM using SIP trunks. Their old CallPilot number 439. Now that number in a DID in the CS1000. We would like to convert that to unused number like 500 coming from the CS1000 and have 500 point to 439 in the BCM. If that isn't possible can we add the number 500 to be a pilot number in the BCM's CallPilot?

You can do it a couple of ways. You can setup a target line with the private received number set to 500 and then make your prime set for that target line the application DN for the BCM Call Pilot.

You can also build 500 as an SDN in the BCM Call Pilot and then point a target line to that in the same way as the first option. I believe this is how we did it at a customer site.

Thanks I will try it out and let you know, Thanks.

Trying to convert digits on a BCM is like the 49er's trying to convert 4th and 1!
