Hi!

In my lab I have a used CS1000 with CPPM running VxWorks Call Server Rls 7.5. The CS is all working correctly and with some help of a friend we reconfigured the cards, got inbound and outbound calling working via ISDN to a Cisco 2851, and analogue set dialing. :) So my problem is this, I downloaded and installed the latest Linux Base (latest 7.6) in VMware, deployed the signalling server configuration but when trying to open Element Manager to connect to the CS the spinning globe stays on the screen and never loads. I've tried synchronizing the IPsec settings (and set it optional for the MGC and CS). Updated the user/password on the EM element settings (prior to this I got an error about incorrect username in a javascript popup). There's enough pseudo TTYs on the CS (three and I can ssh into it). I can ping the CS from the linux base server. The secure domain is working correctly as centralized login is working from the CS TTY.

What would be the next thing I could try to get element manager working?

Thanks,
Andrew

Well that was dumb of me, it doesn't work in modern Chrome or Firefox. I re-enabled IPsec and then tried Internet Explorer (Windows 10 x64) and it loaded.

Should work with Chrome also, Firefox is a crap shoot. Could have something to do with DNS

DNS is always a pain! My problem now is finding a CF that the CPPM will boot from so I can upgrade to 7.65. Do you know if I'll need new keycodes going from 7.5 to 7.65?
