cs1000 rls 5.5 tie to IP office rls. 9.0

We are trying to set this up in our lab environment but I am having trouble getting the DCH to establish. I have read a few threads on this and tried a few different things but I can only get the span to come up, not the DCH.
I have tried NI2 and ISGF on the cs1000 side and we tried PRI/NI2 and QSIG B on the IP office side.
Any ideas as to what I am missing? I am assuming this works from reading previous threads, and I do not need a sip tie.

Program the cs1k as ISGF and the IPO as ESS5

phonetech2012, it works with CS1K set to ISGF, and the IPO QSIG-B. Names and caller ID then work both ways.

We originally had it set up with ISGF and Qsig B but the DCH never established. I'll check the hardware out then. Thank you

Do I need a crossover cable going into the IPO PRI? I haven't tried the crossover yet but that might be one of my next things.

Yes, you will need a T-1 crossover cable, not a data cross over cable. Pins 1,2,4 and 5
