Looking for a good vendor for CS1000 parts, anyone have a referral? THANKS!

My company is a partner/reseller - but can't advertise on here. However, go to Avaya's website and look for a partner/reseller in your area. Be careful buying 'grey market' parts on eBay.

How do you PM on this thing?

Our current vendor is Blackbox and they seem to have competitive prices with great warrantys ... just my two cents. Good luck - I agree with nessman to look on Avaya's website and then go visit some of those partners to see what kind of stock they keep and if they might dedicate any percentage of it to you.

I've purchased a number of good parts from Ameritel out of Florida over the years. Would recommend them to anyone.
