We are able to redirect DIDs ending in 0xxx across to other network extensions at other sites. However, when trying to redirect a DID that ends in 2xxx it routes to reception during the day. We are receiving the last 4 from the CO. I looked in ld 90 for anything that might be blocking the 2xxx range, but didn't find anything. We have CS1000s with 7.65. One range seems to be blocked while the other works fine. - Thank you

In LD 11 do a DNB print of 2. are there any entries?

Thank you for the reply Trvlr1.

We have Extensions that are in the 2xxxx range. All of our CDP is off of 2 digits such as 20xxx to 24xxx. I'm not sure how that would cause an issue as from ld 49 we are pointing a DID 2xxx to an extension 42xxx which works for DIDs ending in 0xxx but not 2xxx or 4xxx(found the 4xxx today).

I've went though the RDR_Data & NET_Data along with the Trunk settings. I'm wondering if there is a key code that has to be bought for a large CS1000MG (Upgraded 81C) to all network redirection of DIDs. The smaller systems CS1000E (Upgraded 11c)work fine and are on 7.65, also. - Thank you

Are you trying to route them to an off site system? If so, you need to ensure the CDP is set up correctly.

Hi EddieDuece,

I have setup the CDP for the sets & we can route DID calls to them if the last for of the DID is 0xxx. If it is 2xxx or 4xxx, we can not. The CO hands off the last 4 to us. - Thank you
