CS1000, Need some ideas Urgent!!

Trying to setup a CS1000, 5.0 S/Ware. Programmed all the Call Servers, Signaling Servers, Superloops and Assigning IP addresses to all respectively. Download all of the Loadwares and firmware that is needed. For some reason the Links will not stay up. It will be up for a minute or two and then down. It will also go through a cycle of reloads and INI. I am not at the customer sight now but on Monday I will be back. Perhaps someone had experienced this before and had a solution. I am open to any sugestions. Let me say also that I am new this switch

Make sure all of your network connections are in the right ports and you haven't duplicated any IP addresses.

I am pretty sure that the network connections are in the right ports. All of my ELAN and TLAN are connected right because my first two shelves, the link is staying up but the other 12 are not stayiing up. I connected all the other shelves like the first two. Also the IP addresses, I printed them all again in LD 117 and they are none conflicting. I can't see any apparent reason why this won't work.
