cs1000 Loops down

Our CS1000 is having issues. Our normal technician apparently no longer works for the company we pay support to. We performed a power cycle to bring up our loops since we were not able to call out or back in. Right now we don't have any phones working, I think these are down and I can't figure out how to bring them back up. Any help would be appreciated.

LD 32 to enable the loop and controller. However, if you are paying someone for maintenance I would get that company out there before they blame something on you
 
Yes this did the trick, was having a hard time finding the command and what exactly to enter. We are back up and running. Root cause was a local telco issue.

I agree with KCFLHRC. It's rare to see those errors. I'd print off the history file in LD 22

Those are just download messages when he enabled the controller. What I don't understand is why a Telco issue affected his superloops. Anyway, sounds like he got it going.
 
If they power cycled the CS1K then the only things they will find in the history is what happened since it was powered back on.

But it really is unlikely the Telco caused your superloops to crash.
