CS1000 login problems rel. 7.5 1

Hi all,



we have a strange issue with central authentication on a rel. 7.5 Callserver.I have a CPDC Signallingservr as UCM primary. We have patched the CPDC with latest Linux SP. CS is also patched with latest deplist. After patching, login problems were resolved.
On the next morning the problem occured again.

On each login (CLI) we get the following message:


SEC116 User ERASER has been allowed to log in using an emergency account.



Any ideas???

 
It appears your Call Server is not joined to the Security Domain any more. Register it in LD 117 and see if that clears up the issue. The command is reg ucm sys. Then put in the ELAN IP address if the Primary Security Server, then it will pull the foot print and you will need to put in your login credentials. Also in UCM make sure your password expiry is set to never expire.
 
usually that means the user was built in ld 17 before security server was added and also built in the ucm after it was added.
 


Try this.

logon to the CPDC as admin2

then restart the Jboss

The command is: appstart Jboss-Quantum restart.
( no impact for the customer)

After about 5 minutes you will get the message Ucm ist now ready to use.

Then try to logon on the CS.

which SU for the Jboss do you have installed ?

Hi M1spezi,

Will JBoss reset can permanently resolve the issue or it is just a temporary solution?

Have the same issue in one of our client and for now what they're doing is to reset the system to restore system access.

Hi drl1116,

the minimum required Jboss-Quantum Patch is 7.50.17.16-7.386.000.ntl to resolved this issue.
