Hello there,

Does anyone know if there is any startup/shutdown documentation for the CS1000 in the event of a diaster?
Any help will be greately appreciated!

Thanks!

For the CS 1000, no.

You should be more concerned about Call Pilot / Voice Mail and Symposium/ CCx servers.

Thank you for your reply DFKSydney. Please forgive me as I am still new to this. I have only worked with this system while it was fully functional. I have been tasked with providing a diastery recovery plan starting with our CS 1000 and on. Could you tell me the order of Precedence the call pilot etc. will take when bringing everything back online, as well as the precedence of shutdown or/and point me to some documentation that I can review for each system?

CS1000 covers a pretty broad range of cabinet types and machine types, what exactly do you have? Call Pilot is a windows machine and can be shut down with the normal windows shutdown procedure.
