CS1000 CDR

We are capturing CDR in an ACD enviroment and all calls made from an ACD set are shown from the POSID because it is Key 0. How do I configure ACD to output records with the actual key the call was made from?

CDR will always display info from key 0 - no other options

If key 0 is a MADN it will also give you the TN.

There were two new classes of service added with Release 5.0 for CDR. One allows the CDR record to report from Keys other than Key 0.

OKCH = Originating ID field of the N record will contain the actual originating DN regardless of Key

PKCH = Originating ID field of the N record will contain the Position ID number
