Dear expert,

We have a problem for the AWU time stamp.

e.g.

After we setup a wake up call at 10:00, the wake call worked fine (customer picked up the phone at the first ring).
But when we checked the time stamp, it showed 10:03 (normally the time stamp should match with the wake up time.

It was strange only one room (ext. no) had this problem??

Any suggestions to check it or ways to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

To me it looks like the time is not synced between the PBX and the PMS system.

Dear StanleySteamer,

IS there any method to syn. between the PBX and the PMS system?

Thanks in advance!

No way to sync time directly between PBX and PMS but, depending on your software and hardware, you may be able to reference both systems to an NTP server.
Suggest you start by looking here:

If the CS1000 is older then you may have to manually adjust the time periodically. They aren't known for clock accuracy. I used to run a script to update the time every week.

Thanks to Mike!
