Can a DN be set up to recieve voice calls from an external switch?

Maybe I am confused on what you are asking, but isn't that the whole point of a PBX system?:-}
If you are trying to get inbound calls to go directly to a specific phone without going through an auto attendant or an operator, you will need to have DID number ranges assigned by yor telco and set up phones with corresponding numbers. ie if they assign 123 456 2000 thru 123 456 2099 your extensions would have to be in the 2000 to 2099 range to get direct calls. There may be other work you need to have done in your PBX depending on the set up, type of lines etc.
Hope this helps.

You can program an AAK key for auto answer on a digital set.

And voice all will work from a user outside the switch?

If you program an AAK key and activate the key, any person calling that set, whether from inside or outside the system, will ring the set one time and then can just speak to the user. The user with the set doesn't have to pickup or press anything to answer. They can also press the AAK key again to deactivate it and take calls normally. Is this the kind of feature you are looking for?
