CS 1000 Telephony Manager HTTP Status 500 error 2

When I try to change my scheduled Sync Tasks I get the following HTTPS Status 500 error. Any one know how to fix this?

Which TM version are you on? From TM 3.2 these errors seldom occur - and are your patches up to date?
You have given the TM server a restart? - even a cold start I presume.
 
I am running TM 3.1 and I'm not sure if patches have been updated, really don't get notice of available patches from Nortel. I have restarted the TM Server several times and still get the same error.

When trying to load "Sync Tasks" we see an "HTTP Status 500" - error :

When trying to load Sync Tasks we see an HTTP Status 500 - error :

This was escalated to Nortel who replied with the following:
I have seen this error before a few times when the Microsoft scheduler used for web station tasks is stalled through to many queue'd tasks .
Previously this has been because of date reversal of the month and days fields in non U.S. install prior to 12 day of the month .
In this case you should check the Microsoft control panel , scheduler on the TM server and delete any tasks it may contain then
re-check the sync task page .

So go to Control Panel - Scheduled Tasks - and in here delete all tasks
This should stop the HTTP Status 500 error

Thank you all very much. Deleting the Scheduled Tasks and re-entering them solved my problem.
