Hello,
I posted this question on another forum and the opinion was I can't do a pareto chart in Crystal XI - that I need to buy an add-in. I received excellent advice here when I posted once last week and wanted a second opinion.
I have a crosstab with one row which lists the different types of problems and one column which has a formula: count ({problem type}) for count per type.
The column also shows percentage of total.
This is what the table looks like where 'A', 'B' etc are problem types:
Total
A 98 30%
B 89 27%
C 49 15%
D 39 12%
E 22 6%
F 11 3%
G 5 1%
H 4 1%
I 3 0%
J 3 0%
K 2 0%
Total 325 100%
I converted this table to a bar chart. Now to get the percentage line (like the one shown in attached sample) - I am not sure what to do.
I'd like to add - that this is the error I received when trying to play with running totals:
"A print time formula that modifies variables is used in a chart or map"
Any suggestions much appreciated
