I have uninstalled printer drivers and reinstalled but no luck. Any suggestions?

It almost sounds like Crystal Reports is corrupted. But then there could be a lot of other reasons. Could be very difficult to diagnose.

Problem diagnosed! Had recently installed the BI 4.1 tools and after much digging discovered that the version of crystal we are running is not compatible with the latest version of BI tools. Have to upgrade to Crystal 13. Thanks for the reply!
