Crystal Reports on Windows 2008 server

I have a VB program that prints reports out on Crystal Reports 10. It works fine on most machines but we have users on a Windows 2008 terminal server who are unable to print the reports. The reports show and can be exported but they cannot select a printer.

Any clues?

Did you try to print something from Word, Excel or any other program using this user credentials ?

Viewer, scheduler and report manager for Crystal reports and SSRS.
Send your report everywhere.
