Crystal Reports Memo Field extract certain text

I want to extract certain text from a memo field and create them as separate fields in my crystal report. Down below is the text in the memo field:

P/N 3538561 REV 'C'
LH SHEAVE SUPPORT PLATE
1/4'' GRADE 60 PLATE

This is how I want to use the text from the memo field:

P/N 3538561
REV C
Material 1/4'' GRADE 60 PLATE

Any Ideas on how I can do this?

@rev: split({memo},"'")[2]
@material: split({memo},chr(13))[3] might be chr(10) instead of 13
