I'm in dire straits with this Crystal Reports error I keep getting. The error is #20595 and it doesn't appear in any of the Crystal Reports developer help files. (They don't appear to list any errors beyond 20500-20557) The descriptive text that comes along with the error # is "Invalid page margins. Error in file <filepath>". PLEASE HELP. Another similar error # is 20567 "Page header or footer longer than a page" but I'm willing to settle for 1 out of 2 at this point. Thanks in advance.

The page you're designing on, and the page Crystal thinks it's going to be printing to are different sizes.

Are you printing to a label printer?

I wish it were that easy, Naith. I checked both Print options on the Crystal Reports file and the Printer and they are both set for 8.5 x 11 landscape. Any other ideas?

If you're already printing out to 8x11, it does sound very much like your page header or footer has something in it which is making it grow larger than can reasonably fit on a single page. Do you have a chart, image, or something similar in either of these sections?

Naith

Nothing like an image or other binary file in this report. Just standard text. But you may be onto something about the sections or margins resizing themselves automatically. I'm going to play around with the "Fit Section" and "Suppress Blank Section" of the report headers. I'm hoping this will do the trick. Thanks for the suggestion, Naith. Will keep you posted.
