Crystal Reports Database Expert only shows half the SPs 2

When I connect to the server it is only displaying about half of the stored procedures in the dropdown. I've waited to see if it was going to eventually load, googled it and looked for options. I've never seen this though. Any ideas?

May be the user used in report connection doesn't have rights to run the SPs. Can you see the missing stored procedures in you database management tool with the same login ?

Yep their all owned by .dbo and the login is using the same. It's weird like there should be a setting to truncate the list but I can't find it. I've never seen anything like this occur before.

I went into SSMS and changed the procedure names to fall earlier in the alphabet and they appeared. Is there a finite number of SPs that will display? If so how you I see everything?

There is an option to filter the list of the tables and sps. Right click - > Options : "Table name like"

Thanks LyleU. This probably explains why I never saw this happen before. I'm going to star this because it's likely to come up again. I appreciate the feedback.
