crystal reports chart/cross tab

Im in the middle of creating a series of charts/graphs for out marketing dept. They want to be able to add a text box onto the chart so they add comments. Is this possible?

If so how?

how are the end users viewing the report eg through a web portal such as Infoview/Crystal Enterprise, a custom application or with Crystal Reports ? Also, what format eg native Crystal Reports .rpt, PDF, Excel etc ?

im hoping to develop a platform later on perhaps using crystal enterprise which would host these charts, I havent used crystal enterprise before so is it possible to edit the reports at this point?

if so how would this be possible.

If you go with Crystal Enterprise then I believe that there is an option to allow "Discussions" on reports which would address this.

If being able to add comments to reports is key it may be good to think about how you are going to host/distribute the reports whether it be through a corporate document management system or Crystal Enterprise.
