Hi- I am new to this board and new to consulting.
I have a client who is using crystal reports 7.0 and goldmine 5.5. I can access goldmine data from crystal and create a crystal report - however I cannot access the created report from goldmine which is what he wants.
In goldmine, you select a report type of Goldmine which displays a series of prewritten reports or select Crystal reports. Nothing displays when I click and select Crystal. I have saved the file in the same directory as the goldmine reports. Any help- what am I missing? Thanks.
