I am using Crystal 8.5 Enterprise Edition and when I view my report through the internet, the report prompts me for my login name and password. How can I prevent this? I have it working for my other report.

Crystal Reports 8.5 Enterprise (Internet Report Viewing)

check the "crystal page server" service -go into its properties then to the log on tab, you must have "allow service to interact with desk top" ticked! - who knows why but it was the same with cr8 and after I upgraded it removed the setting so needed to be set again.
