We are using Crystal Reports 7 on Windows 2000 NTFS.

When you try and open a report through Explorer, it opens Crystal Reports, but it does not open the report.

Any ideas?

Hmmm...haven't seen that one...

Try right clicking a report in Explorer->Open With->Choose Program->Select Crystal Reports->Check Always use this program

Perhaps there's something wrong in the association...

<wild guess>

Forget what I just posted...I could only view the report through the Analyzer, I can't design.

Thanks Chaps!

Amazingly I did this changed the association and changed it back to Seagate Crystal Reports and it works!

Try right clicking a report in Explorer->Open With->Choose Program->Select Crystal Reports->Check Always use this program

Does anyone know where I can download Seagate Info 7.0.2.200 patch? Currently I have 7.0.2.100 patch but it is not compatible with Windows 2000.

Thanks
