Crystal Reports 11 drop down list does not show all records

I just received an evaluation version of Crystal Reports 11 and Business Objects XI. I created a dynamic pick list of Client names, but when I click the drop down only about the first 100 records show in the list. There should be 3000. I remember this problem with Crystal 9 was the report viewer, but I can't see where to change the viewer in Crystal Reports 11 or for that matter in Business Objects. Perhaps there is a solution for this problem so I don't have to change the viewer. Thanks for any help.

The default should be 1000, not 100, but hopefully this will resolve thsi for you.
