we have installed Crystal reports for vieweing reports from an Asp application software.I am getting the error

"craxdrt error occured on server -2147192184: server has not yet been opened." while trying to view the reports from the client .

Try rebooting the server. Usually the db is hung on something. (backup, restore, service, etc)
