Hi-

I have an asp.net 2.0 (vb) application and I have a crystal reports viewer. The reports are written in Crystal Reports 11R2 and show up fine on the web. THe only problem is that the export button in the crystal reports viewer works fine in Firefox, but it doesn't do anything in IE. I get a scripting error that says object required.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks so much-

ie6 or ie7?
I would guess that IE is trying to use activeX and activeX is either not installed or blocked.

Well, I finally figured it out. I needed to clear all cache and history in IE for it to work. Basically, it IE was using an incorrect location of the Crystal Reports viewer files. Once I did this, it started working. Firefox was smart enough to recognize that more files were added to this folder. Thanks for your quick posts, I appreciate it. This was driving me crazy!
