Crystal Report Viewer Error

Hi,
when i opened the new recordset in VB for a report, the crystal Report Viewer is giving the following error "server has not yet been set". when i debugged for the recordcount it is -1, could it be a problem???
please suggest me the way to solve this problem
ia, using following versions:
Crv8.5
Oracle8.1.5
Vb6.0

Try setting the cursor location of the your ado recordset to adUseClient.
