Crystal Report save as MSWord?

Is it possible to save a Crystal Report as a MS Word document and be editable?

You can select the envelope (export) icon or use File->Export to save the report output to a static Word or RTF format, but it does not operate as a report, refreshing data, etc.

Which Crystal? In what sense should it be "editable"?
