We have 5 fields in address location, that Customer Name, Address1, Address2 and City and State. When we preview we do not see street name in Address1, instead we see city and state. What do you think is the problem.
How did you place the fields in the report? As part of a formula or as separate fields. Is this a report or a standard form such as sales order or invoice.
If it is a custom report then it just sounds as if they used the wrong field. Very easy to fix. If you like you can e-mail me the report at bglouie@yahoo.com and I'll take a look and fix for you and send it back.
