Crystal report 8.0 with DB2 V7.0

Hi,

We need to connect to DB2 V7.0 database server from Crystal report Version 8.0. We'll be using Web component Server(WCS) to generate the report.

Has anyone connected to DB2 V7.0 from Crystal report? Can we connect to DB2 using native CR drivers? What is the limitation of native drivers? How good is the performance of the report?

Any pointers would be appreciated!

Currently, I am connecting to a DB2 V7 database using the IBM DB2 ODBC drivers. I haven't had any problem with speed or connecting.
