I have a cross tab that spans past a page length and it looks funky as well as prints funky. Can I wrap a crosstab depending on its size or when it hits the end of the page tell it to continue on the next line. Thank you in advanced for all of you help.

I don't think so, sorry.

You can group your records into 2 groups and put the cross-tab in the group header or footer. The problem with this is that it won't be automatic.

I suppose if you really wanted to get crazy you could put the cross-tab in a subreport and have the main report used to simply determine how many column values there are in your data set. Then you could pass a cutoff column value down to the subreport as a parameter and use that value to determine if the second group is needed and where the 2nd group should start.

I may have to do your final idea. I will try it when I get back to work on monday. Thanks for your answers.

A few caveats:

1) There will be a separate totals column for each group and the only way to get grand totals would be to add a separate cross-tab in the report header/footer - probably on its own page.

2) Since each group cross-tab is a separate item there is no guarantee that the will have all of the same rows. If group/page 2 has no values for the first row on grop/page 1, that row won't exist on that page.
