I would start by reinstalling the Macola client on the machine in question. If that does not resolve the issue then you can reregister all of the DLLs in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Macola Shared\
Start with the DLLs that begin with "cr" and move on from there.
Thank you very much the reinstall worked. Although it does seem strange, that these things happen, it is working fine and then one day it goes south on you... oh well.
This happens when you install Crystal on the same machine where Macola is installed and the version of the Crystal Viewer that is installed is not the same one installed by Macola Progression. I would venture to guess that your copy of Crystal Reports is not the Macola OEM version. This is usually what creates the incompatibility. Version 7.0 of the standard Crystal does not install the same version of the Crystal Viewer that the OEM version of 7.0 does.
