Does anybody know if Crystal Enterprise 8.5 supports Oracle Views and/or Stored Procedures yet? I had heard that it didn't but they were working on it (possibly for 9.0?).

Thanks!

CJMartin, are you thinking OLAP support? Crystal Analysis, which can run as part of Crystal Enterprise, doesn't provide support for Oracle at this time.

They support it (up to and including 9), just use the CR supplied Oracle ODBC driver, and make sure that you check the Procedure Returns Results option.

I've gotten them to work with direct Oracle connectivity too.

The SP will have to use an in/out cursor, rogar has pointed you in the right direction.

rogar/rhinok/synapsevampire,

Thanks for the feedback! I actually had the documentation on my desk...sometimes I just need to look right in front of me first. :)
