Hi,

I have had experience using Info 7 but none on Enterprise 11.

My new employer has purchased a 5 named user license for Enterprise 11, I would liked to have had the concurrent user license but thats life.

I want to make the system "open" with access from an intranet site.

What is the best method of setting up the security / access from the intranet so that users do not have to login, ie I would like to just pass any security info to the info viewer via the url/intranet link if possible.

Cheers

Paul

One option is the guest account, which I assume works with your licensing as well.

This allows for logging in without supplying a user name or password. It's a built in account, just don't set a password for it.
