Just wanted to share a positive experience with Crystal Decisions Tech Support.

I had sent them a question using the "Answers By Email Service" and received a prompt, detailed, and thoughtful reply to a rather challenging question.

The tech support guy (William Sleeman) even sent
me a file demonstrating a potential solution approach.

Yes, I am fully agree with you. I got quick responses from them. They even ask for sending the sample report having the problem, if they could not reproduce.

I have to admit they have never taken longer than two hours to respond. Pretty good for a big oufit.
