Hello,
How can i label the rows of data with a heading? I have created a cross tab showing in the row the follwoing data; part number, description, stock on hand and work in progress stock. In the column are the shuipping dates. The row data do not have headings. How can i add headings to these. I have tried adding a text box and positioning the box over the data, but these only appear on the first page.

i would show a screen snapshot but I cannot paste anything into this message. Can anyone tell me how to do that, it would help support the question.

Regards,
Lorna

Hi, Thank you for replying. I had tries this but it doesn't do what i'd expect. when i click 'show summerized field labels' an extra column is added to table. inserted in all the data fields is a formula used in the table. so not having any luck with that. i have attached a screen shot. I want to label the data in the rows section; stockmas.s_qtyfree and stockmas.s_qtywip.

Code:
inserted in all the data fields is a formula used in the table.

Right click on the field and select edit text
